Service Description
This is perfect for athletes of all levels or those that simply work their bodies to the max. Respect your body and help it thrive from what you put your body through on a daily basis. This session is targeted on addressing specific combinations of modalities to aid in the muscles rest, repair and recovery to go back and do it again. By using muscle balancing, manual therapy, joint mobilization, connective tissue sequencing, structural integration, heat, and "fire" cupping and or fascia scraping tools, based on the bio feedback of your body at the time of the session we will achieve cellular and therapeutic change. Please hydrate well for at least three days in a row prior to this session to help with the body response to this treatment.
Cancellation Policy
I understand that should I need to cancel an appointment less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled time of service or if I "no show" an appointment, I am subject to a fee equal to the cost of the missed appointment. This fee is a monetary fee and will be taken at the discretion of 444Hands. If the appointment had been prepaid then that will be taken in lieu of a fee, i.e. prepaid massage "packages", gift certificates, or prepay third party payment.
